Jy sal nooit weer ander resep nodig kry om ʼn versiersel te maak nie , perfek vir enige

Kolwynjie; beste vir Wortelkoek !

  • 500g versiersuiker, twee keer gesif
  • 150g sagte Springbok Botter
  • 200 ml Suurroom
  • paar druppels suurlemoensap

Metode:

Klits die botter, suurroom en paar druppels suurlemoensap saam met ’n elektriese klitser tot romerig

Voeg die versiersuiker bietjies op ‘n slag by terwyl jy aanhou met klits tot mengsel verdik het

Sit in die yskas vir 30 minute.

Versier afgekoelde kolwyntjies

Opsioneel: Krummel flake oor; of sprinkel met kakao, of fyn gemaalde neute, einloos lekker !
