Die versiersel bly maar bo, sonder fieterjasies – genoeg vir 1 koek

1 x 500 g versiersuiker- gesif

200 g sagte botter (Rama/Stork) werk ook baie goed

3 el opgehoopte kakao poeier

50 ml melk

2 tl vanielje geursel

In n groot mengbak, room die botter tot lig en donserig

Voeg die gesifte versiersuiker en kakao by, dan die melk

Klits als saam tot lig, voeg geursel by, klits tot romerig

*wenk : Room die koek slegs wanneer dit HEELTEMAL afgekoel is, anders sit jy met n loperige storie. Plaas versierde koek in n lugdigte houer en hou in die yskas

*opsioneel: krummel Flake sjokolade bo-oor, of selfs gerasperde Pepermint Crisp of rooi glans kersies. Gebruik blikkie Karamel vir jou tussen lae, heerlik
