Gebakte Sago Poeding

  • 1 Liter Melk
  • 250ml Sago
  • 1ml sout
  • 75ml Suiker
  • 75ml botter
  • 4 eiers
  • 5ml vanielje geursel
  • kaneel
  • 75ml appelkooskonfyt

METODE:

Verhit die melk tot kookpunt, roer die sago en sout by en kook oor baie lae hitte tot die sago deursigtig is.

Roer die suiker en botter by en haal van die hitte af

Klits die eiers en vanieljegeursel saam en roer by die sago mengsel in Gooi in vuurvaste skottel en strooi kaneel oor

Plaas in die glasbak in ‘n oondpan met water en bak 45 min tot ligbruin en gestol by 160° C

Dien op met appelkooskonfyt (ek sit my konfyt net so 20 sekondes in die mikrogolf dit smeer makliker)

Bedien met roomys of vla!
